1. Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries.
2. Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications.
3. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding sales to customer service problems.
4. Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
5. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
