A unique entrepreneurial opportunity to build and operate CIEL's HR Services Business.

As a Franchisee owner known as CIEL Star you will own and operate a City Franchisee Ops or Upcountry Franchisee Ops - Profit Centre head.

With guidance on best practices for this business you will build a team, offer CIEL's broad range of services to clients across different industry sectors.

You will be supported by a team of Subject Matter Experts, Delivery Back office, Central Legal & Compliance teams to enable a successful operation and run the business.
