What success looks like in this role:
Candidate with 3 to 5 Yrs experience in Software Distribution and Security Updates Testing and Deployment, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution of distribution failures.
Role Description:
- Software Deployment Process Knowledge on SCCM 2007/SCCM2012 and with Good knowledge on Mass Software Distribution, Collection Creation and Managing Advertisements.
- Experience in Security Updates Deployment using SCCM 2007/2012 and manage Patch Testing Deployments with change and Release Process.
- Knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.
- Knowledge &worked on SMS/SCCM tools &utilities Day to day operational stability Ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Trouble Shooting on SCCM Distribution failures and Validating Packaged Applications for Deployment Readiness.
- Ability to Implement Service improvements etc.
- SCCM 2007/2012 Reporting and Custom Reporting for Deployment Penetration
- Knowledge on SCCM SQL Database Schema.
- SCCM Asset Reporting and Reporting Software Usage, Maintain Deployment Calendar and License Validation process.
- In-depth knowledge on Client OS (Windows 7/8/10) and Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on Windows servers 2003/2008/2012, IIS, Active Directory, DNS, etc.
- ITIL Foundation (optional), Certification on SCCM 2007/2012 (Optional in case of Good knowledge)
- Responsible for proper escalation, communications, and management of production system problems.
- Knowledge on other deployment tools like Altiris, Lan Desk will be advantage
- Knowledge on other System center products will be added advantage.
In addition solid experience in:
Client OS (Windows XP and Windows Vista) Troubleshooting, and Basic Server troubleshooting Windows 2000/2003/2012, IIS, Active Directory, DNS etc.
Communication & Documentation:-
Excellent communication & Documentation skills on penetration reporting and Security Updates penetration reporting.
Certification:-
ITIL Foundation (optional), Certification on SCCM 2007/SCCM2012 (Optional in case of Good knowledge)
SCCM 2007/SCCM 2012 Software Deployment and Reporting: Enterprise Sys Spt - Analyst 3
Candidate with 2 to 3 Yrs experience in Software Distribution in SMS 2003/SCCM 2007/SCCM 2012, incident analysis, SMS Deployment Package Creation, Target Query Creation. Working Knowledge on Excel reporting (Graphs, Demography). Good understanding on MSI packages and exec command lines and
Role Description:
- Knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM features.
- Knowledge on SMS/SCCM tools &utilities Day to day operations.
- Knowledge in Security Updates Deployment using SCCM 2007/2012 and manage Patch Testing Deployments with change and Release Process.
- Trouble Shooting on SCCM Distribution failures and Validating Packaged Applications for Deployment Readiness.
- Manage Distribution Calendar and Keep track of all Mass and Local deployments and maintain penetration reporting of all Mass and local Deployments.

- Good knowledge on Client OS (Windows 7/8/10) and Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on Windows servers 2003/2008/2012, IIS, Active Directory, DNS, etc.
- ITIL Foundation (optional), Certification on SCCM 2007/2012 (Optional in case of Good knowledge)
- Validating Software Deployment requests and deploy Software s for Individual and low client base.
In addition solid experience in:
Client OS (Windows7/8/10) Troubleshooting.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Qualifications :
University degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience Proficient in one of the technologies relating to enterprise systems, networks, backup, storage, cloud or a customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys application. Have specific certifications on the respective domain, platform or application. Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.
Must be client focused, display interpersonal skills and be an effective team member. Ability to train and develop staff and/or client.
