"This role will be responsible for supporting 24x7 operations thus requires working night weekend shifts on a rotational basis to support the business requirements of the organizationContinuous focus on upskilling the existing SOC team in new Cyber Technologies with focus on Cyber Certifications like CISSP, OCSP, CISMDefining scope of SOC including identifying Source types and respective USE CASESHelp create run books for various USE CASES that Tier 1Tier 2 teams will be using Help in
"8-10 years of experience working in a SIEM tool (preferably Splunk) with strong background in security incident response and system operationsSolid process Security Incident Process knowledge to help guide Tier 1 Tier2.
Minimum 2 years experience in acting as a Shift lead in security operationsGood knowledge on NIST Cybersecurity MITRE ATTCK frameworkThe individual must also have a good awareness of current and developing security threats and technologiesExcellent Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills.
Strong proficiency in written and spoken EnglishStrong interpersonal skills and a good team playerPrior professional services experience in 24x7 SOC operations is a mustBachelors degree or Masters Degree in Computer Sciences or in Cyber SecurityCEH, Security , OSCP, CISSP or other industry-relevant cyber-security certifications and ITIL V3.0 knowledge is a must
