CM/ CI Senior Engineer

Configuration management (CM)/Devops engineers are responsible for establishing and maintaining configuration management tools, as well as supporting configuration identification.

The Sr. CI/CD Engineer is responsible for the set-up, maintenance and ongoing development of continuous build/ integration infrastructure. Write build and deployment scripts.

Skills:

A strong result-oriented, self-driven and self-organized Sr.Engineer with hands on experience on Jenkins, VMware/Virtualization/IAAS, vSphere, Shell scripting, Python, Groovy.

Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Strong Scripting knowledge and ability to write efficient and high performing code in Power Shell script or any other scripting language.

Atleast 5yrs of experience as Devops Engineer.

Familiar with Code signing certificates like Digicerts and setting up of signing servers.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Maintain Jenkins build and make sure the CI/CD pipeline are working as expected.

• Support CI/CD tools integration/ operations/ change management, and maintenance.

• Support full automation of CI/ Testing.

• Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline.

• Works with minimal supervision on analysis tasks, and with little or no supervision on development tasks.

• With little or no supervision completes analysis of partially defined tasks, completes major portions of complex functional specs/design documents or entire documents and completes development and/or maintenance assignments.

• Updates scripts and programs written by other staff members with minimal guidance.

• Collaborates with and across groups in writing functional and design specifications, development schedules and user interface specifications.

• Identifies and suggests solutions to problems of significant scope.
