Lead the testing of services within the IT Shared Service center (VSSI ) for the domains and / or countries ensuring tested platforms, services andco mponents are delivered to agreed milestones, cost and quality. Ensure a common approach & standards areadop ted for testing. Take a leading r ole in defining and implementing the test strategy and methodology whilst drivi ng improvements in the test approach. Ensure resource availability to meet the test roadmap arranging cover when needed and develop the team members in line w ith the needs of the Test service.
