• Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams.
• Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA.
• Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing and deploying the software solutions.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support using Agile/Scrum Methodology.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with team members on new feature technical design, technical requirements, limitations, and implementation.
• Mandatory Skill : Should have good knowledge on Uipath and handled uipath project. (Good to have)
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
