Playing the role of a Marketo SME in the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform or assist and guide Business/Solutions Architect in Marketo requirement definition and implementation process.
- Balance and prioritize workload across multiple clients and engagements
- Clearly articulate business requirements and translate client needs into design considerations.
- Work with the implementation team to ensure business requirements are satisfied.
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
- Act as point of contact for client escalations and drive resolutions.
- Identify and market sales opportunities for new clients and/or projects.
- Provide mentorship to team members.
- Support the growth of the organizations: assume additional office responsibilities (e.g., career management, mentoring, recruiting, training, attending conferences).
- Training both internal stakeholders and external clients on usage of the tools, best practices related to the tools and the solutions built around those tools.
- Develop and customize the modules of Marketo like - Lead scoring, ABM, Integration part.
- Integration of Marketo with various other third-party tools.
- Experience in managing team of 2-6 members
