Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- To source the candidates from different job portals and close the positions within the TAT.
- To Onboard the new employees, taking care of end to end joining formalities in the company.
- To coordinate and complete the standard Induction to all new employees.
- To plan, organize employee engagement activities to increase employee morale.
- To train the employees on performance management and provide them with the right information with regards to the performance management system.
- To track employee attendance on time and leave management and analyze the trends.
- To run month on month payroll along with finance.
- To use Human Resource Management System.
- To identify training needs, come up with the training programs and train the employee on the training needs.
- To complete Exits interviews and analyze the trends, plan talent retention.
- Providing the employee about medical Insurance as and when needed.
- Statutory Compliances, Social & Ethical Compliance
- Assisting in the General day to day administration activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Looking for a female candidate only.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years human resources experience
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and word
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- To be flexible with strong work ethics.
- Good at interpersonal skills, team management.
