• As Regional Sales Manager you will handle Sales & Business Development for Bags & Luggage, Watches and other travel accessories
• Based in Bangalore.
• Cover entire South and West (Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and TamilNadu)
• Responsible for distributor appointment, collections and dealer point activation.
• Responsible for merchandising and display per store level
• Roll out promotion/incentive scheme for all dealers/ distributors to get sales growth
• Ensure the achievement of budget, new product launches, hiring, training and retention of on-field sales staff
• Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team and Initiate corrective action, leading to higher productivity/revenue

• Min. Experience 7 years ( preferably in luggage and related category)
