Qualification : B.Tech/ Diploma (Mech Engg)

Experience : 4-6 Years in Automobile Industry

Job Description

1. Support Suppliers in Zero Defect journey

2. Quality System Audit of new suppliers

3. Process Audit of existing suppliers

4. Supplier Up-gradation activities, Process Monitoring carry out Improvements

4. Implementation of QMS System at Supplier end.

5. Support suppliers on Root Cause analysis and corrective actions for defect free supplies

6. Planning execution of elimination of Rework Segregation at STL

7. Co-ordination with Plant SQA SCM Team for resolution of

Quality related non-conformances

Required Skills

1. Hands on experience on QMS System.

2. Knowledge of Engineering and manufacturing processes of sheet metal, casting, plastic, rubber parts.

3. Knowledge of ISO/QS 9001, IATF procedure documentation

4. Supplier Auditing skills

5. Should have strong Problem- solving skills and attention to detail are essential

6. Attitude to work in challenging environment.

7. Knowledge of APQP/ PPAP processes.
