Job Description

Responsible for maintaining relationship between company & customers
Handling all customers enquiry after sale
Raising Demand Notes and follow up for payments
Resolving customer queries in person/mails related to documentation, on payments, technical queries, project update, possession handover, registering agreements, payment follow up, etc
Ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Candidate profile

Customer service orientation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
Experience in Real Estate domain is preferable.
Female candidates (preferable)
