Designation : Engineering Manager ( 30% Technical + 70% Managerial)

The Engineering Manager defines and drives the technical strategy and architectural vision for the product.
They are accountable for on time and high-quality end to end delivery of the product as per agreed scope with the product and tech leadership using the cross functional teams they are in-charge of. The Engineering Manager will not only define and development and delivery processes but will also ensure that these are being followed by every team member in their teams.
While we dont expect you to do lots of coding on day to day basis, but it is very important that you are fully hands on with coding and other technical activities and should be willing to roll up your sleeves and code. They should lead the planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects while recommending engineering best practices and assessing feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements.
This is an exciting and rewarding role requiring a smart, disciplined and experienced tech savvy leader who is extremely up to date with modern technologies and architectural approaches and has proven track record of building and managing high performing distributed teams in India.
Need a candidate who is working in Managerial role from last 2+ years + complete hands-on in technical coding with strong experience on (Java + Spring + Microservices + NoSQL databases + AWS/Cloud, all the skills are mandate) 10+ Years of exp, can offer 40 to 45 LPA Max, can be discussed for right candidate. Good to have profiles with experience on low latency and high throughput systems.
