Job Description

Candidate Profile:

• Candidate should be any Graduate or a Post Graduate.
• Good academic record (50% or above).
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Word and Excel.
• Basic knowledge in insurance
• Minimum work experience should be 1-2 years in General Insurance Claims
• Experience in Property and casualty / Construction /Energy Domain will be added advantage.

Profile Description:

• Work profile would be for Insurance related process.
• All processes are non-voice and back end operations
  
• Employee will be interacting only with clients and not customers using computers and internet extensively.
• Working on web-based applications
• Viewing and capturing details on system
• Rotational Shift (Morning/ Afternoon/ Night)
• Pick and drop facility provided
• Night Shift allowances provided
• Job location - Powai, Mumbai
