Collaborate within Sales Operations organization to track KPIs on weekly/monthly progress
Provide overall/any adhoc Business Intelligence & Reporting support
Demonstrates global understanding of business process and thinking; successfully delivers and supports current business strategies and tactics
Data Analysis: Extract, dig into, transform the data for analysis
Visualization of Data into meaningful business insights; Build reports/dashboards
Answer business critical questions using data and enable data driven decision making
Develop and design Presentations, primarily in MS PowerPoint, that convey key business objectives and tell the story through clean, concise and well-organized slides
Responsible to develop and maintain customized templates and infographics to ensure a consistent "look and feel" in alignment with Brand guidelines
Own and drive governance across key initiatives for the Shared Services organization
Engage in project activity for implementing new BI capabilities / automated reporting methods
Support, ongoing programs/projects involving Sales Operations

Required Candidate profile

2-6 years experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations in Data Analytics roles
Business analytics experience within a highly dynamic corporate environment with IT, Sales, Finance & Operations organizations
Understanding/knowledge of CRM application like Sales Force, Hub Spot give added advantage
Excellent command over MS office tools like MS excel

Strong MS PowerPoint skills (Advanced level), and/ or other data visualization applications
Analyzing data and converting to meaningful story through visualization
Ability to create crisp and comprehensive reports /dashboards

Candidate should be comfortable with night shift(free cabs will be available)
