Job description:

• Handling operations & Maintenance of Fire Alarm System, Fire Hydrant System, Fire Sprinkler system, fire Extinguishers (Co2, Dry Powder, and Foam type), Access control system &CCTV system.

• Operation and maintenance of DG set (750 Kva & 500 Kva), HT, LT panel, VCB, ACB, MCCB & MCB.

• Operation and maintenance of UPS (200 KVA,80 Kva & 40 Kva) with the distribution system.

• Operation and maintenance of HVAC Plant, (190 tr) & VRV unit.

• Raceway, Cabling, Cable termination, the panel, Breaker installation & Earthing.

• Liaisoning with Vendor team, Running Bill, Final bill& Measurement checked & verification as per actual purchase order.

REQUIREMENTS Must have experience with residential sites. Excellent communication skill.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
