Job Description
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Low code Application is a functional developer role with primary focus on working as a knowledgeable business user with technical flair to configure and build business friendly applications
- Work as team player in scrum team to collaborate, analyze epics and user stories, design and develop application that are functionally complete, keeping business users at customers in mind to manage, configure software post deployment
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in Card disputes and fraud investigations in cards business
- Contribute actively in grooming of goal/epics/stories, and effort estimations
- Be an active member who collaborates to improve the Pega platform capabilities
- Actively participate and contribute to client success
- Demonstrate customer empathy from adoption, maintenance, ease of use while building applications
- Adhere to Low code application development guidelines and practices
- Contribute to sales and service customer opportunities

What You've Accomplished:
- A result oriented individual, driven with passion and ability to explore solutions and solve complex customer problems.
- 6-8 years of experience that has a mix of Software Development and Business Analyst roles
- Bachelors or master s degree in Computer Science/Information technologies OR master s in business administration
- Mission focused, team players who are relentlessly client focused and demonstrate high degree of accountability
- Experience in Banking and Financial Services, in areas payments, disputes, fraud investigation or new age payment systems
