Senior Analyst - Pune - Tetra Pak - 3 to 7

We are looking for an Ariba Expert for projects related to Supplier Management (SuM) area (Development + Support). In this role you will be an Individual Contributor having opportunity to work with a product based organization which offers exposure to latest technologies.

SuM Service delivery team is supporting IT solutions used by the supplier management organization within Tetra pak on a global base. The supported processes are Sourcing, Contracting, P2O (purchase to order) for both Direct and Indirect Segments, SLP (Supplier Lifecycle Performance), Guided Buying, Spot Buy, Ariba Network Supply Chain Collaboration, SLP MDG Integration. Working closely with Process Integration (PI) and API team to analyse the issues and map the process/scenarios on need basis.

As Sr Analyst you will:

• Proivde 2nd-4th level support to end-users, super users and global process team geographically spread over the world.
• Resolve incident tickets & service request in timely matter with quality in order to meet SLAs, KPIs.
• Deliver GAPs (mini projects) within the area
• Sharing knowledge in area and document the solution in Problem Management Portal or in any central document repository.
• Propose, participate/drive continuous improvement of the service work
• Collaborate with users, business partners, suppliers and other Global IM colleagues (infrastructure & other teams) in order to manage tasks.
• Think and Share Innovation Idea to SuM Management team and Colleagues.

Project member of the projects related to the SuM area where SuM expertise is required. During Project Initiate, Design, Implementation Phase, SuM expertise required to involve in all discussion to understand the requirements and to provide Ariba Standard and Non-standard solution.

Depending on the skill/competence set the exact tasks & responsibilities might be.

Support is provided on a global base some adjustment of work hours might be required in order to support European office hours.

We believe you have:

• A Bachelors Degree. An Ariba Expert with 5 or more years experience with the SAP ECC (EHP7 or EHP8) system and 3 or more years experience with Ariba. Good technical & functional understanding & knowledge in the area.
• Ariba: Sourcing & Contracting for both Indirect and Direct Segments
• Ariba P2O for Indirect Segments for all scenarios including Blanket Order, Service Order, Ser-vice Entry Sheet
• Native Integration: Ariba-SAP ECC, SAP ECC-Ariba, Ariba- MDG using CI and CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)
• MM (Procurement Module) and its integration with FI, SD & WM
• POIA (Commercial Automation) & Ariba network
• Ariba SLP and Integration with MDG
• Guided Buying and Spot Buy with back end integration to ECC system
• Ariba API Knowledge, AN SCC (Supplier Chain Collaboration) or Ariba Procurement Desk

SAP ECC Knowledge:

• MM / Procurement Module
• Integration: MM-FI Integration, MM-SD Integration and MM-WM Integration

Ariba Exposure:

• Ariba SLP and Integration with MDG
• Sourcing & Contracting for both Indirect and Direct Segments
• P2O for Indirect Segments for all scenarios including Blanket Order, Service Order, Service Entry Sheet
• POIA (Commercial Automation) is an added advantage.
• Ariba network
• Guided Buying and Spot Buy with back end integration to ECC system
• Native Integration: Ariba-SAP ECC, SAP ECC-Ariba, Ariba- MDG and Ariba VIM using CI and CIG (Cloud Integration Gate-way).
• Knowledge of AN SCC (Supplier Chain Collaboration) is Plus.
• Knowledge of Ariba Procurement Desk (if possible).
• Ariba API Knowledge.
