Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for Insurance Software product Sales in Africa Region Responsible for conducting product demos, Road Shows, Sales Events in Africa region. Build and execute sales plans for the software product with the Sales & pre-sales team. Build & Maintain Partners / Alliances for solution sales & implementation. Build, maintain and nurture relationships with key personnel (including CXO level) at Client / Prospective clients. Skill Requirements: Good experience in software product sales in Insurance Market in Africa Region Thorough knowledge of Insurance Industry and Application Software product sales. Good experience in preparing and responding to RFPs and RFIs. Expertise in conducting roadshows / events in various countries Implementation experience of any insurance system & technical experience on ORACLE based systems is desirable. Good Communication, Good interpersonal skills, Well-organized, assertive and committed Good Documentation, presentation (MS office tools) skills Good persuasive and Negotiation skills
