Job Description

Require a receptionist who has minimum work experience of 2 years in any Hospital in front desk, in managing Calls, walk in guests, Client Appointments, Data entry, Billing & inventory management.

Minimum qualification required is a graduate, with fluency in speaking English and good at operating computer. Must know Excel and mail handling.

Responsible for Admissions and for the discharge process
Receiving / Follow-up of the patient's daily activity sheets from the concerned wards.
Audit of the billing activity
