Experience : 9 to 15 Yrs

JD:

Build agency distribution Channel in the above geographies and achieve revenue numbers.
The profile would be responsible for building agency business in UP and Bihar.
Through his team, he has to onboard new agents, activate them, increase their productivity, retain them in the long run and achieve revenue targets from the team.
