• Track market trends using quantitative research methods - With access to Patent and Trademark office data as well Innography create models that will provide real-time insight into market trends throughout the non-discretionary tasks across the IP life cycle.
• Highlight key client trends - Identify changes in key client behavior based on external references which will help provide insight and enable predictive implications for our business.
• Augment CRM Data - Work to augment the richness of our CRM data e.g. which renewals provider does a customer use based on Last Payer at the Dutch Patent Office.
• Deepen our understanding of client s portfolio optimization activities - use a data driven approach to help us understand organic growth trends, which cases are being abandoned through filing, prosecution and renewal.
