The candidate must be comfortable working autonomously, but will also have the chance to
collaborate with a talented development and front-end team.

Mandatory Skills
Must have experience writing and calling REST based services.
Experience with Express, Hapi or any restify packages.
Experience with database abstraction libraries and ORMs.
Experience with at least one NoSQL database such as Cassandra or MongoDB.
Knowledge of Restful APIs, threading models, microservices and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with RabbitMQ or other high speed message queue.
Understanding of Sockets & Node.js pipes.
Must be familiar with git repositories (like github or bitbucket).
Should be familiar with ESlint.
Must work well with others and works well in a large team.
Must be able to adhere to a projects standards and coding practices.
Work in a high-speed, agile environment to ship features in the shortest time possible.
Added Advantage
Ability to work on multiple competing tasks at the same time.
Familiar with Agile development.
Knowledge of the 12 factor app is a plus.
Knowledge about Postman and Swagger is a plus.
Knowledge in unit & integration testing with Mocha, should.js & Supertest is a plus.
Experience with Docker and container-based deployments is an added advantage.
