Job Description
Accounts Manager
Qualification: B.Com/M.com/MBA
Experience: Min 10+Years
Jobs Responsibilities:
Handling of entire accounts andFinance function including fund management, taxation, audit, accounts, reporting etc.
Presentation of monthly MIS& coordination with HOD of another department
Handling of annual budgeting with a Business plan of all Plants
Finalization of monthly/yearly balance sheet with the co-ordination with auditors
Vendor payments
AR and AP Reports
Compliances with various Departments (Sales Tax, Excise, PF, ESIC and Labor dept.)
Salaries and reimbursements
Timely Submission of statuary challans and Liabilities Payments.
MIS reporting
Handling TDS, PF, and ESI matters
Handling Sales Tax, Service Tax and Excise matters
Assist with Vendor negotiations
Manage relationships with Banks, external auditors
Manage external consultants
Reconciliation Bank, Vendors, Customers
