Development Lead - RoR/Elixir/ASP.Net @ RyTe4U Consultants

Job Description

Technical Expertise :
- Strong expertise and working experience of at-least 6+ years with RoR/Elixir/ASP.Net
- Familiar with cloud technologies such as AWS and development/deployment in a cloud infrastructure.
- Agile project experience - scrum and/or Kanban.
- Development and implementation of applications using Containers, Docker and preferably Kubernetes.
- Expert in Phoenix Framework, Erlang, Nerve and Microservices Architecture, Rest API Datastores
- Frontend : HTML/CSS, SASS, JavaScript ( jQuery), ES6
- Good to Have Participation in open source projects, containers and exposure to scalable architecture.
- Actively community participant in solving problems on Github, Stackoverflow and other user groups
- Experience in any other MVC framework or technology is a plus

Preferred Background:
- BE/BTech(CS/IS/IT) MSc(CS)/MCA
- Experience with large systems development
- Experience with server/internet security
- Experience in React, Golang, Elixir or Kafka is a plus

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Technical Leadership team based in Melbourne Australia
- Manage junior developers
- Improve existing architecture and increase productivity
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable and high-quality Ruby code
- Conduct, manage and enforce code reviews
- Developing features from start to finish, refactoring legacy code to increase stability and performance, with continual testing for reliability
- Maintain code quality
- Strong sense of project ownership and responsibility
- Identify bottlenecks, bugs and invent a solution for these problems-requirements
