We, Rubik Cube Technology India Private Limited are an Internet based MNC. Headquatered in Gurugram (DLF Phase 1), we were established in 2018. Our Parent company has been operating in Indian Market since 7 years.
We have urgent hiring requirements of Customer Service Executive for Chennai Location.

Candidate should be able to join within a week
Job Responsibility/ (General)
1, To ensure that our players' queries and/or concerns are duly addressed while our operational activities
2, You should be able to provide quality service our players responding to their queries by chat, email or by Social Media platform, in the process helping solve the queries raised by our players.
3, You have to work closely with several different teams like the product team and the operations team to take all the necessary steps in addressing player concerns.
4, You will be responsible for the improvement in process/user experience and operations protocols and make team more efficient.
Job Requirements:-
1, Must have good knowledge of Online Rummy Games.
2) 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service/Support
3) Must have own laptop withgood network availability
4), Ability to solve complex problems quickly, inventively and resourcefully
5) ,Good working knowledge of computers and the Internet; strong ability to develop new skills
6) Must be willing to work in shifts
7) MUST have strong Oral and Written communication skills in Hindi & English (Mandatory)
8) Must be customer-focused, and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve the customer issue
