Job Role

Need to attend clients to understand their requirements and suggest properties to them, have to do face to Face meetings with clients on a daily basis and show the suggested property locations to them and close deals. This is a target based job and PRO needs to achieve the targets month on month. Leads would be provided by the company but PRO also has to generate is own leads. Also has the additional responsibility of Customer service

Qualities -

Need to be aggressive and outgoing and should have a pleasing personality. Good communication is the basic pre-requisite. Should be street smart and should have very good convincing and negotiation skills. Should be ready to take additional responsibilities whenever assigned upon.

Graduate with experience / MBA fresher (Preference would be given to people with real estate experience)
