Creative Lead - Art & Production @ Home Interior Design

As a Creative Lead - Art & Production, you will be leading a team of stylists, video editor and image editors and will be responsible for conceptualising, planning and producing all the imagery and video creatives for the brand.

Your job in a nutshell

• Manage and mentor a team of stylists, video editors and image editors to deliver high quality creatives for the brand.
• Plan and manage the pipeline for the art and production team.
• Create and provide images for all digital and print mediums.
• Conceptualise, plan and produce videos for all digital platforms.
• Coordinate with the photographers, videographers, editors and stylist to style homes designed by Livspace for Photo and Video shoots.
• Curate and create high quality pictures and 3D renders with captivating interiors for each project.
• Manage and coordinate between different teams including Brand marketing, Content marketing, Digital marketing, Product marketing, Category, UI/UX and projects managers to deliver all projects seamlessly.
• Mentoring the art and production team to produce fresh and relevant content.
• Ensure that production is cost-effective, within timelines & budget.
• Image curation for various projects and collaterals.
• Conceptualise the theme for styling of experience centres.
• Create briefs for video edits.
• Troubleshoot problems and improve processes.

The ideal candidate

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree/diploma from a reputed institute such as NIFT, NID, Srishti, Symbiosis etc.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and cross functional collaborations.
• Multitasker; can effectively manage vendor relationships, budgets and workflow processes.
• Hands on with softwares such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign & MS Office.
