Responsibilities and Duties
Key Skills

• Monitor network health while coordinating maintenance/change efforts
  
• Interface with internal teams, customers, and partners
  
• Drive Backbone network architecture and implementation
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business unit leadership in developing project objectives and timelines
  
• Troubleshoot internal/external connectivity issues
  
• Work with vendors, clients, carriers and technical staff on network implementation, optimization, and ongoing network management
  
• Provide high-level support and technical expertise in networking technology, including LAN/WAN hardware, routers, switches and firewalls
  
• Drive detailed definition of feature requirements through discussions with product managers and customers.
  
• A Positive 'can do' attitude with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas and see them to fruition

• Technical Support, Routing, Juniper network MX Series, TCP/IP, Cloud- AWS, Support Experience
