We have opening for leading Health Insurance Company Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency Managers in the location
- To meet the budgeted numbers of agency Manager recruitment for the location
- Work closely with agency Manager for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching and helping them in joint calls
- Enable the Agency Managers to build & drive a strong advisor force
- To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding, activization,New agent hiring
- To plan/review/monitor performance of the team and advisors
- Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism
Location: Chennai and Hyderabad
Age criteria : below 35 (deviation possible in case of exceptional profile)
Desirable candidates:
- Minimum 8 to 10 yr of experience into Insurance/Health Insurance/General Sales Industry
- 2 to 3 Minimum team handling experience in sales ( Preferable for agency channel )
- Minimum Graduation
