Job Description
Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts, P&L and Balance-sheet with reconciliation.
Prepare monthly Bank Covenants
Prepare profit forecasts and budgets, analyse the organisation's annual, quarterly and monthly budgets
To ensure the accurate and timely submission of Accounts for Head Office
Payroll processing
Preparation of Monthly VAT Returns
Posting Bank, Cash, Sales, Purchase transaction in Xero
Bank reconciliation in Xero
Preparing and posting all accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, provisions and inter-company journals
Debtors Reconciliation and balancing merchant accounts
Nominal ledger Scrutiny
Preparation and submission of Quarterly Management Accounts to Bank
Assist the auditors in conducting annual audits and prepare interim and annual financial statements for submission to Companies House
Training of Staff as and when required.
Reporting to Directors and line Manager- Daily, Weekly and Monthly.
Other tasks as per the Business needs.
Must be able to clearly converse in English both spoken and written with good Administrative skills.
Requirements: * Proficiency in MS Excel is must;
* Excellent written & verbal English communication.
* Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, and budget analysis.
* Experience in U.K Accounting in hospitality sector would be an added advantage.
