Job Description
SUMMARY:As a Consultant, you will be an integral part of Aranca's Operations team, and would be responsible for entering, analyzing, processing and reviewing of financial reporting and performance data and information with utmost accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce work within specified turnaround times
- Processing the financial data and information with utmost accuracy.
- Maintaining quality and confidentiality while working on client data.
- Ensure that all the guidelines are followed while processing work to protect clients, colleagues and the business interests of the company.
- Workflow Management. Maintenance of relevant record / logs / timesheet as required by management and for MIS purposes.
- Achievement of individual performance measures as outlined and targets set within performance appraisal as agreed with the project manager.
Required Candidate profile
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Soft skills & Behavioral skills
- Experience in dealing with global clients.
- Good excel and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Any Graduate. Preferably a B.Com or a BMS graduate.
- 0-3 years of experience in the financial services industry would be preferred. Even a fresher can be considered for the role.
- Awareness of financial statements reporting (especially US) will be preferred.
