Greetings of the day fromDewan Consultants. Pvt Ltd, Mumbai.
We have job opening for the post of " DCDP " - for one of our esteemed clients in the GCC countries for their ongoing projects.
Job Description
To support directly the Chef de Partie in the Daily operation and work.
To take full responsibilities of his section when his immediate supervisor is not there.
To work according to the menu specifications (pictures or/and portions) by Chef.
To keep working area at all times in Hygienic conditions according to the rules.
To communicate to his direct supervisor in all relevant & important matters.
To control food stock and food cost in his section.
To provide hands on training to his direct staff.
To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.
To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.
To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food To adhere to rules and regulations at all times.
Ensure that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
Culinary Certificate or Diploma
EXPERIENCE 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Commis I or Demi Chef de Partie Multi-national experience in the field of restaurants or hotels
Must have Food & Safety Knowledge
