We are looking for an Operations Manager to streamline and undertake effective working of the operations and customer service process of the Company.

Job Description

• Planning and managing customer services
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
• Manage team of Operations Executives.
• Manage students on Live Chat
• Identify, manage and solve grievances of entire team
• Creativity to interpret the requirements of different orders in a proficient manner
• Liaison with other departments like HR and Accounts
• Create and ensure strict adherence to operational policies.
• Manage emails and updating sheets accordingly.
• Reply to students on email with effective solutions.
• Must be a problem solver and creative in handing difficult situations
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to handle students on call if needed.
• Candidate should have multitasking skills.
• Create daily MIS reports to be shared with senior management.
• Identify the areas of improvement and take steps to enhance the process
