- Lead on Management Information System.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with different clients.
- Lead team to build relationship with client for better negotiation.
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify potential for business growth.
- Lead discussion with the different banker for grapping better investment opportunities.
- Leading on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
- Maintaining the financial health of the company.
- Lead team to manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents.
- Develop and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Analyze costing, budgeting and Manage the preparation of the companys budget.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Lead to deal with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies.

It was also observed that large patches of fertile land is unutilized in the state in absence of proper market, Irrigation infrastructure and Monkey menace problem, especially in the lower hill districts of the state. Hindustan FarmDirect Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. is of proposal to request Himachal Government support for the development of dedicated plantation of sweet oranges under High Density Model for immature fruit harvest in Himachal Pradesh. We would be needing a plantation acreage of 2000 hectare on HDP model basis in the state in the next 3-4 years to cater our product demand. Hindustan FarmDirect Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. is in position to provide market assurance for this immature sweet oranges matching out quality parameters through Hindustan FarmDirect Ingredients Pvt. Ltd.
