We are looking for a recruitment specialist to support our growing team.

Experience in BPO, Non IT, BFSI, Insurance hiring is must.

Candidate should have strong attitude, patience, diligence & perseverance.
The recruitment specialist must be organized and detail-oriented.
The individual must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
The recruitment specialist must be able to work well independently but must also
work as part of a team.
Knowledge of hiring laws is vital.
Involved in complete life cycle of the recruitment process
Leveraging all sourcing channels to source talent that meets requirements.
Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates
Responsible for screening candidates from Job Portals
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status Completing timely reports on employment activity
