JD for Regional Manager Collections(State Head)
Manage a team of Area Collections Managers & Collections Officers attached to various branches across the state for Unsecured Business Loans.
Accountable for reducing delinquency and improve recovery rates on the assigned Portfolio.
Ensure timely allocation of cases to Collections Officers based on Geography and Vintage and give sign-off.
Ensure the collection efficiency through daily reports and regular reviews with the team.
Strategize, forecast, drive and execute plans including the hiring plans.
Ensure dissemination of targets, KPI and incentive structure to the team at the beginning of the month.
Ensure periodic audits of agencies and the in-house processes through QA team and compliance of processes within the zone
Ensure internal and external guidelines are adhered to in the field
Initiate of legal action on problematic customers
Motivate team through coaching, development and training interventions
To support the business on data quality management i.e. improving the quality of customer information available through timely feedback
Drive the performance of collections agencies through allocated officers who handle agencies.
Identifying areas of weaknesses, recommending solutions and supporting the collection team to achieve targets.
Scan environment and be up to date on emerging trends globally on collection analytics and build use cases.
Requisite Skill Set :
Graduate with at least 15 years of experience in collections, with at least 5 years of managing a large collections team at state/regional level.
Candidates from NBFCs or bank divisions handling Unsecured Business Loans with geographic knowledge & experience in the state is required.
Knowledge in Legal recovery will be added advantage.
Fluent in Telugu, Hindi & English.
Willing to travel for 75% of the time within the branches.
