Job Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The ultimate goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
1.Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
5. Prepare monthly comparison reports of actual sales/revenue and target sales.
6. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
8. Develop and train entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
9. Discuss promotional strategies and activities with the marketing department, finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate.
10. Enroll channel partners from different markets.
11. Drive sales through B2B and B2C clients.
12. Work in close coordination with other departments in order to increase the customer base.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
