Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a new Project Manager who will be the interface between project ownership and delivery.
Candidate would act as a point of contact between the Clients site representative , and company, ensuring the desired project objectives are delivered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating with all teams - Architects/ Interior Designers/ MEP consultants / vendors / client PMC's, Developer / Builder etc.
Coordinating with Client vendors and assist in site level integration with execution
Executing the client's vision from design intent to completion, turn key project
Establishment of project schedule from conception to completion.
Adhere to overall approved project budget , including cost control and change management.
Conduct in weekly vendor (Arch/MEP , others ) and subcontractor meetings and reporting.
Reporting Weekly/Monthly to clients and internal management - including deliverables/accurate implementation/ modification if change required.
Basic understanding of Lean Construction Management approach .
You will be responsible for supporting in coordination with vendors through the completion of the project.
Requirements
What We Expect
You are a project management professional with minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
You have a diploma or degree in project management/ construction management or a related discipline.
You have the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
You are tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction and organization goal.
You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
You will align to the Companys core values: teamwork, integrity and excellence.
Qualification:
BE/B.Arch/Civil Engg.
A Degree in Professional Construction Management would be benificial
Skills:
Computer skills- Proficient in excel, hands on experience in Project planning tools, E.g. MSP / Suretrack / Primavera/Procore
Good at communication both - writing & verbal
Interpersonel skills & able to multi task
Should be excellent team player
