Desired Candidate Profile

Applications are invited for the Position of Regional Sales Managers based out of Bangalore to look after Speciality Ayurveda Formulations and Classical Products ethical Sales Operations of Karnataka

Has to lead a Team of Senior ASMs,ASMs and Sales Executives.

Candidates should be from Pharma Sales currently handling entire Karnataka State and preferrably should have minimum 1 Year experience in Ayurveda Industry.

Job Responsibilities include and not limited to: Achievement of Business Objectives on a month to month basis.

Implementation of Product Promotion Activities-Medical Camps/CMEs/Brand Campaigns and any other product support activities as and when developed by Marketing

Management of Vacancies if any

Build and Maintain an engaged and high Performing Team through Incentive Orientation,Brand/Customer Focus/inculcating Career Development Focus,upgradation of skills/knowledge with zero attrition.

Develop and Maintain high Value Customers in an individual Capacity.

Maintain Sales Hygeine-
optimal and correct utilisation of Product offers/Market
Oversee and control Market Outstandings.

To initiate and establish Team Practices grow Market from a Macro perspective of leveraging Marketing Potential to the fullest.
