Job Summary:

Mandatory :

Should have handling a team of 10 members

Good communication

The Sales Administration Lead works with customers, stakeholders, sales team and internal departments to support sales and manufacturing order processing.

Essential Functions:

Sales and service related master data management-customer and material
Support order processing-sales quotation, customer orders, inventory control, shipping & stock delivery
Contract management
Sales invoicing
Sales return management
Handling debit and credit memos-rebates, discount, installation, service, warranty, etc.
Import and export related functions
Manages a wide variety of situations and conflicts by effectively communicating the needs and concerns of end customers.
Capable of conveying, overseeing and training sales order processing activities at local and remote sites.
Provide coverage and acts as the principle liaison between customer and branch offices concerning order fulfillment.
Effective collaboration with stakeholders ,customers and internal departments, as desired
Prior experience in process improvements and automation
