* Taking Escalated Calls
Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective
* Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
* Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including comp hardware

Required Candidate profile

1, A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related expertise.
2, One to Five years' experience supporting technology in a corporate environment
3, Excellent in communication.
