EXP - 3 - 6 Years

  • Responsible for documenting processes (existing; and future requirements) in collaboration with internal support teams and client/vendor service providers.
  • Develop documentation for use by end users, Service Desk support agents, and higher-level technical resources (using accredited sources)
  • Coordinate between stakeholders for knowledge capture and publication
  • Closely align to transition & transformation activities in scope for KM
  • Responsible for managing change-addition-deletion (CAD) for requests logged
  • Work on new service/product introduction for end-to-end knowledge capture & implementation
  • Monitoring Articles through their lifecycle using ITIL model
  • Publish standard KM related reports (like KB usage/accuracy/ad hoc reports)
  • Floor engagement for dip checks, huddles to propagate KB adoption

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Mainstream Graduate in any discipline
  • ITIL certified: V3; ITIL 4 trained/certified
  • Proven record of Service Desk experience
  • Hands on experience creating, modifying, maintaining SharePoint sites, site collections, lists and documents.
  • Prior hands on experience developing Knowledge Management solutions will be an added advantage
  • Working knowledge and hands on experience with business process and workflow design
  • Proficient in all required Microsoft Apps / O365
