-Opening is with Business associate/ Agency Channel
-Need to identify and recruit business associate
-Have to motivate, train and monitor BA's for achieving the business target
-Ensuring BA's getting the rewards and recognition given by the company

Required Candidate profile

- Graduate with Sales Experience
- Knowledge of Life insurance and financial products preferred
- Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and get business from a large team.
