Role and KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound and Outbound Technical Customer Support.
1. Identification and troubleshooting of SIP Log analysis, Turn Stun ICE, SFB Hybrid, Enterprise Voice Routing, Media Flow, Direct Routing and Telephony
2. Operating system identification, navigation, configuration and
troubleshooting.
3. Lync (SFB)2010 /2013/2015/2019 identification, navigation, configuration and troubleshooting.
4. Good understanding of SFB hybrid deployment and troubleshooting .
5. Expertise in Microsoft Teams . Migrating users from SFB onprem to Teams .
6. Understanding of Call que and Auto Attendant .
7. Knowledge of log analysis : Ucapi , ETL , SBC , Polycom , CCE . Office 365 product/application identification, navigation, configuration and troubleshooting.
8. Internet, networking, domains, active directory, Teams, etc.
9. Security and Compliance in Office 365 .

Technical skills : Skype for business Online / Microsoft Teams
Good oral communication skills
Multi-tasking, analytical and cognitive ability
