Job Description/Key Roles & Responsibility

Goal - Grow our market share of Retail Business of PSU Insurers

To present Portfolio performance to Heads of Regions and other operating offices of PSU Insurance companies

Conduct/Attend Agents meetings/conclaves

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT:

Must be Ambitious, Passionate and outcome oriented

Must have excellent Relationship and Communication skills

Prior sales or account management experience in Health Insurance domain (Pvt Insurance co., TPA or Broker) is required

Substantial People management/ Leadership & Territory management experience required

Willing to travel extensively

Knowledge of Regional languages is must (Bengali).
