Job Description:
Under general supervision, Technical Analyst will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (clients) by performing a diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, diagnosing and troubleshooting email issues, username/password issues. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner
Roles and Responsibilities:
To handle tickets and incidents individually with in the SLA and escalate them appropriately
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
To address technical issues through phone, E-mail chat and remote access
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.
To handle tickets and incidents individually with in the SLA and escalate them appropriately
To liaison between various teams such as change management, incident management and implementation, in accordance with schedules
Must have worked in the ITIL environment
Must have hands on in basic windows Administration
Business and technical writing skills would be an added advantage.
Good communication, problem solving skills, coordination between teams and telephone etiquette.
Broad range of network, desktop and mainframe knowledge is highly desirable.
Strong documentation skills.
Knowledge of Citrix and remote trouble shooting tools (Bomgar, Dameware) are added advantage.
Should be ready to work in all shifts.
Credentials required for this position:
A qualified Engineer or equivalent qualification with 2 to 6 Years Experience in relevant field.
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
