Job Description

1. Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of training function & processes in syn with business growth

2. Focusing on employee's development though Individual training & development plans.

3. Analyzing training needs to improve sales & productivity and service excellence.

4. Creating, Designing & Delivering training on various modules.

5. On job coaching, training & monitoring the performance of team members through interventions to ensure efficiency in business & operations and helping them in increasing productivity.

6. Ensure standardized implementation of all processes.

7. Formulating Training calendar & Generating weekly and monthly Training MIS

8. Motivating teams with regular employee engagement programs
