Opportunity to work with Legal finance Company

Location: Bangalore

Salary :Upto 5 Lacs

The following data entry activities to be performed but not limited to:

Add metadata to scanned documents

Update Viewpoint with the bank account details

File and update metadata in Laserfiche and update Viewpoint

Add metadata to the scanned service agreement document and register the document list in ViewPoint

Create Exit summary sheet" and archive in once signed copy is scanned

Prepare material for a CD of all clients file stored on Laserfiche

Add metadata to the scanned service agreement document and register the document list in ViewPoint

Update viewpoint with the name of the entity changes, liquidator, director resignation and update metadata in Laserfiche

Viewpoint status is changed to active closing liquidating

Request for a master file in viewpoint

Create the new client entry in viewpoint

Make sure that Viewpoint and Interact are up to date, Initiate invoicing

CoE to file documentation in Laserfiche and inform Company Lawyer once done

If applicable inform finance and control (start up invoicing)

Update Viewpoint and Laserfiche and update all relevant document
