Build a team of right Advisors
Launch the Advisors successfully
Engage Advisors and make them independent
Service clients for renewals through advisors
Ensure completion of targets on time
Motivate the team time for more engagements in rewards and recognitions
Ensure proper trainings deliver to Advisors
